To ensure the auction proceed smoothly and to protect the bidder's rights, the bid deposit is required to be paid before a bidder get his/her paddle number. Bidders must complete the registration procedures and pay a deposit in the amount of TWD 30,000(USD1,000、RMB5,000) before bidding at the auction, whether present in person or by absentee bid, telephone and internet. If a bidder fails to win the auction item, the deposit will be returned to the bidder in full amount without interest within 10 working days after the auction.

Bidders please be informed that, the brief descriptions with words and pictures of the items listed in our online and print catalogues are for reference only. We try to provide status report of the items as far as possible, but it doesn’t mean that the items are without faults and imperfections if their status are not mentioned in the catalogue or status report, all items are sold [as is]. Please be sure to review related information about the auction item before participating in the auction.
BIDDERS’ RESPONSIBILITY FOR REVIEWING
A presale exhibition will be held by our company before an auction, we hereby solemnly declare and recommend that the bidders review personally or entrust a third party to review the original items, judgment of the authenticity and quality of the items are at the sole discretion of the buyer. Our company does not make any guarantee for any item or hold liability for any blemish. Potential buyers shall bear legal liability for the items they are about to bid for.
SERVICE FEE/FORMS OF PAYMENT
Buyers shall pay TA. Treasure Art Ltd. payers. for twenty percent of premium.
Once the buyer wins the item being auctioned, he/she can collect lots after the balance due (including the hammer price and commission) is paid in full. We accept payment by cash, wire transfers, checks, credit cards or China UnionPay. Should payments be made by check or draft, lots will only be released after bank clearance. If the buyer makes payment in foreign currency (Hongkong dollar, CNY, US Dollars etc.), the sale price shall be calculated by the exchange rate that the company announced at the auction day, and will be subject to the exchange rate on the sale slip issued by the company.
INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING COLLECTING/PACKAGING/SHIPMENT OF THE ITEMS
If the buyer wins the auction item, the purchase price shall be paid in full within 20 days of the auction. After full and clear payment, the properties purchased must be collected by the buyer, in case of collecting by agents, Letter of Entrustment is a must; we assume no liability or responsibility for all mistakes, omission, damage or loss caused by the packaging company and transport company recommended by our company; if the buyer entrust our company to deliver the goods, extra insurance and export clearance fee are subject to additional charges which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
